Where we ship
We currently ship within India to PIN codes serviceable by our logistics partner. Enter your PIN on the product or cart page to check serviceability before you pay. We do not offer international checkout until that is enabled separately.
Charges and currency
Standard shipping on the current catalogue is free. All shipping and product prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Any future paid shipping option will be shown as a line item at checkout before payment.
Timelines
Orders are typically handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days of payment (excluding public holidays). Transit after pickup is usually 2–7 business days depending on origin and destination, subject to courier capacity and local restrictions. These are estimates, not guarantees.
You will receive tracking details by email or SMS when the shipment is booked. You can also use the Track an order page.
Failed delivery
Please keep your phone reachable. If delivery fails, the courier will retry according to their policy. Unclaimed shipments return to our warehouse and are handled under the Refunds and Cancellations policy.
