Agreement
These terms are a contract between you and Pilatease Private Limited (“we”, “us”). By placing an order on this website you agree to them, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refunds & Cancellations Policy. Laws of India; courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Catalogue and orders
Product images are illustrative. Specifications on the product page form part of the offer. An order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we confirm dispatch or send a tax invoice. We may refuse or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, priced in error, or suspected to be fraudulent.
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Unless stated otherwise, the selling price is inclusive of applicable GST for GST-registered sales. We do not sell on a dropship model: goods ship from our warehouse.
Payment
Checkout is processed by Cashfree Payments, a Reserve Bank of India authorised payment aggregator, using UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, or other methods they enable. You authorise the charge in INR for the order total shown at checkout.
Use of the site
You must provide accurate contact and address details. You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or use it to sell or advertise goods we do not offer. Content on this site is owned by Pilatease Private Limited or its licensors.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Indian consumer law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Force majeure events (including carrier disruption) may delay performance.
